We have proudly represented Košice for generations, ever since our founding in 1946. FC Lokomotíva Košice has become an inseparable part of Košice’s sporting life, thanks in part to the city’s continuous support.
We would like to express our gratitude to the City of Košice for the financial backing that helps nurture the talent of our young players and lay the groundwork for our future in sports. This support enables us to provide quality training conditions, organize tournaments, and invest in youth who may one day represent our city at top football events.
Thanks to subsidies in different years, we have accomplished many milestones:
- In 2020, the city contributed €51,185 to youth development.
- In 2021, €47,759 further propelled our squads.
- In 2022, we received €44,518 for our youth programs.
- In 2023, a grant of €45,141 helped push the club forward.
- In 2024, €21,704 was allocated to meet the needs of the club and its young players.
- In 2025, the youth teams were supported with a grant of €43,419.
These figures go beyond financial support. They are a testament to the trust and solidarity the city of Košice has with our club.
To parents, fans, and everyone who follows us, please remember that every euro invested in our children is an investment in the future of Košice sports. Our young players fight bravely on the field, and each match reflects the values of our club: team spirit, perseverance, and a love of the game.
