Overview

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on:

• • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

• • Items returned after the 14-day period

• • Gift cards

• • Customised or personalised items (e.g. shirts with printed names/numbers)

How to return

Since all our fanshop merchandise is supplied by the official Nike distributor – 11teamsports, returns follow their conditions:

• You can return the product within 30 days.

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging with tags.

• If you need another size or color, please place a new order. Exchanges are not possible.

• If your item arrives damaged, please inform customer service by phone or email within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at store@fclokomotiva.com.ver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
